A restaurant on wheels where everyone can eat!
Meet Amy and Christina, they own and operate the Central Florida Food Truck Rock Paper Scissors Eats! Serving a dual menu with meat and meatless options for each of their menu items.
After 20+ years cooking in restaurants learning different skills in culinary arts and fighting to find a decent restaurant or food truck that served their expanded family of eaters. Which included vegans, healthy eaters, meat eaters, basic kid food eaters, pescatarians and vegetarians
In 2021 Amy and Christina decided it was time to stop working for “ the man” and start creating delicious food where everyone can eat. So was born Rock Paper Scissors EAT!
